Shipment, Delivery & Returns

The packaging is a key point for customer satisfaction. Products must arrive in perfect condition at destination. To do this, we pay particular attention to the quality of our packaging, our products are protected and placed in wooden crates specially created for each furniture.

Atelier Refined is pleased to offer international shipping to Europe and United Kingdom. 

We are able to help our customers when required with all their shipping needs as part of our service, and are happy to provide quotes.

Please note that shipments outside Turkey may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient Please contact your respective customs office for further information about specific duties and taxes for your country.

Atelier Refined do not get involved with shipping or assist with completing shipping documentation. This requires specialist knowledge of the destination in question. It is recommended that clients use a reputable shipping company that will complete this documentation on their behalf. 

Some of our products require white glove delivery and installation, the cost of this service will depend on the order value, location and accessibility. 

The client or a representative of the client must be present to oversee delivery and installation of furniture and sign appropriate documentation. It is essential to check the condition of the product as soon as it is received and in the presence of the carrier. Once delivery and installation has been completed and furniture has been signed for to confirm that it has been received in good condition, any damage to furniture will no longer be liable to Atelier Refined.

 

RETURNS

İn the event you have any problem or concern with an order please contact us at gael@atelierrefined.com and we will ensure that the issue is resolved to the best of our ability. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If the product has been damaged, it is necessary to refuse the delivery so that the product is returned to us, and that we can make a full refund upon receipt.

The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup and has to be returned in the original packaging, packed exactly as it was shipped, otherwise returns will not be accepted. The item will be inspected upon return, and a refund amount will be determined based on its condition. 

Please notify us at info@atelierrefined.com and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded.

Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.

Shipping and Delivery Service charges are not refundable.
